6. There is no registration charge for students/parents, it was completely free and we will not ask any parent/student to pay any type of fees to our company. You can post your requirement completely free.
7. We will help in finding a tutor that best suit your child's or student’s requirement.
8. We will help in finding best institute near you based on your requirement posted.
9. You understand that the final decision to choose a particular tutor/institute for your child is yours.
10. TO AVOID NON-SERIOUS TUTORS AND TO ENSURE SAFETY, WE WILL VERIFY ORIGINAL ID AND QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATE OF TUTOR IN OUR APPLICATION AND WEBSITE.
11. As we are very much concerned about the safety of both student/parent and tutor, You must verify the original ID card issued by the Government [AADHAR CARD/DRIVING LICENSE/VOTER ID etc] to the tutor before starting of class, we suggest you to take a copy of that original ID card.
12. As we are very much concerned about the safety of both student/parent and tutor, You must share your original ID card issued by the government [AADHAR CARD/DRIVING LICENSE/VOTER ID etc] with the tutor for address verification if tutor asked to do so. Otherwise you can share your copy of original id card in the very beginning class with tutor.
13. We will not involve/suggest any kind of issues related to pricing of classes between you and tutor.
14. You should agree that home tutors need to be treated with respect and dignity.
15. One parent must be in the house while tutor teaching your child.
16. We are not involved in any transaction between any parties who are using our platform.
17. We shall not mediate or attempt to get involved in and resolve any disputes or disagreements between Tutors and Parents.
18. We are requested to you to provide valid mobile number and personal email at the time of registration. We want our users to interact with genuine persons with valid contact details, fake profiles lead to cancellation of membership without any notice to the users.
19. We are not responsible if any stolen things/Activity happen by the tutor. Tutors being observed by the parents / Care Takers during the tution time.
20. We are not responsible for any misbehavior of tutors on students. Especially female students are advised to ensure safety before entering into tution agreement with tutor. we are not liable for loss of any kind.
21. Members acknowledge that we are not liable for direct or indirect consequential or any other form of loss or damage that may be suffered by you through the use of the our products {app and website} including loss of data or information or any kind of financial or physical loss or damage.
22. For students/parents safety purpose, immediately after your successful registration to our platform, you will receive a e-mail containing safety measures to be followed by you to avoid future loss or damage. We are requesting you to go through that mail to ensure your safety.
23. By accepting this terms of use, you grant your permission to receive notices and communication electronically from us. All notices and communications to us should be sent to email address provided for herein.
24. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY : All of the content you use on our platform constitute our licensors intellectual property. All contents in our platform are protected by copyright laws in all applicable jurisdictions. You may access our platform and avail of the features and facilities and utilize the content for your personal or internal requirements only. 7. You are suggested to enter all the required credentials in profile, qualification, preference of teaching, verification of original id and qualification certificate before taking premium membership. So that it help us to serve you better.
8. We will not gurantee you to get confirm tution agreement. As quality and service is our main motto, definitely we will reach more number of students/parents and our premium plan cost was very low and it was for long span like 6 months and 12 months , you may get student enquiries. Our duty is to share the student requirement with the well qualified and eligible tutor based on student/parent’s need.
9. You are requested to give preference in subjects based on your expertise in that area/subject to maintain quality of teaching and to satisfy the student’s needs. You must aware that ratings given by student/parent will be very important for you to get upcoming student enquiries. 10. You should be aware that all the student enquiries you receive will be completely based on the preference given by you. You are suggested to respond to student enquiry if and only if you are really interested to get involved in that tution agreement.
11. TO AVOID NON-SERIOUS TUTORS AND TO ENSURE SAFETY, WE WILL VERIFY ORIGINAL ID AND QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATE OF TUTOR IN OUR APPLICATION AND WEBSITE.ALONG WITH THAT YOU ARE SUGGESTED TO MUTUALLY VERIFY YOUR ID’s THROUGH ONLINE OR OFFLINE BEFORE STARTING YOUR TUTION AGREEMENT.
12. As we are very much concerned about the safety of both student/parent and tutor, You must verify the original ID card issued by the Government [AADHAR CARD/DRIVING LICENSE/VOTER ID etc] to the student/parent before starting of class, we suggest you to take a copy of that original ID card.

15. You are requested not to indulge in any activity other than tutoring such as taking money for admission in any school / college/ institutions or any fraud proposal.
16. In case of any fraud by you with any student or with us then we are free to take legal action against you.
17. You are requested to be punctual and behave/talk/dress up professionally while teaching student.
18. We reserve right to revise the membership plan charges and validity at anytime without prior notice to anyone.
19. We are requested to you to provide valid mobile number and personal email at the time of registration. We want our users to interact with genuine persons with valid contact details, fake profiles lead to cancellation of membership without any notice to the users.
20. We are not responsible for any misbehavior of tutors on students and students on tutors. Especially female tutors are advised to ensure safety before entering into tution agreement with student. we are not liable for loss of any kind. You are suggested to follow verification process as per our suggestion.

DEBIT / CREDIT CARD DETAILS : You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card/debit card details provided by you for registering as a Tutor on this Website or application will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card/debit card which is not lawfully owned by you. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card/debit card details to us. Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by us with any of the third parties unless required by law, regulation or court order. 24.
